Our state-of-the-art facilities, equipped with cutting-edge technology, simulators, labs, and industry-specific equipment, ensure that students receive advanced, hands-on, real-world learning experiences.

In addition to our traditional academic programs, the Division proudly offers comprehensive Technical Education options for students who are looking to upskill in their current field or enter an entirely new one.  From Welding, Oil & Gas Technology, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAR) to Electrician Technology, Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), and Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO), the Division’s short-term programs are crafted to equip students with practical skills and industry-recognized certifications that lead to successful careers in high-demand fields.

As a premier learning institution, we cultivate meaningful community partnerships and contribute to the social, cultural, and economic vitality of Northwest Louisiana. The Division of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics at Bossier Parish Community College serves as a catalyst for growth and opportunity, empowering individuals to achieve their educational goals and become valued contributors to our local, regional, and national communities.
