Through the Program for Successful Employment (PSE), Bossier Parish Community College offers vocational training for people with Significant Disabilities. The College Transition Programs department provides instruction, college and career readiness training, and support to local residents seeking skills and credentials for a better quality of life. The knowledge and professional skills gained within our programs enable participants to succeed in post-secondary education and in the global job market.

College and Career Readiness
College Transition Programs provides instructional services assisting students in increasing reading, writing and math skills from basic literacy to college ready.
High School Equivalency courses are available in English, Spanish, and online. For your convenience, classes are offered morning and evening at multiple locations, including:

English Language Services
This program provides instruction toward becoming more proficient in the English language so that students may be successful in the classroom, the workplace, and other social surroundings where English is used.
The ELS program at BPCC offers English classes for beginning, intermediate and advanced level students. The classes emphasize the language, culture, and study skills needed to be successful in the American college classroom and beyond.
Enrollment is each Friday, with the exception of holidays, at 8:30am.
Sessions run every eight weeks, according to the following schedule:
August-October January- March
October-December March-May
