Division of Enrollment Management


The Division of Enrollment Management includes the Admissions/Registrar’s Office, Office of Student Success and Retention, Office of Financial Aid, Office of Recruiting, and the Veteran Resource Center.  Enrollment Management supports prospective students, current students, and their families through all stages of the enrollment process - from application to post-graduation. 

The goals of the division are to:

  • Collaborate with campus units to meet the strategic goals of the Enrollment Management Plan
  • Maintain an effective and efficient student financial aid program
  • Utilize best advising and intervention practices to increase student retention rates
  • Maintain Military Friendly ® School Designation

Office of Student Success and Retention

Student Success and Retention staff provide a wide range of services developed to ensure individual needs of new students are addressed in all aspects of the academic decision-making process.  Comprehensive services include academic evaluation and transcript evaluation.  In addition, the Student Success and Retention staff refer students to the appropriate college personnel to fully utilize available resources.  Student Success Coaches are available in each academic division.  Students are encouraged to view the academic advising page for contact and other helpful information at https://www.bpcc.edu/admissions/academic-advising-center/index
 

Office of Recruiting 

Building A-Room 138

BPCC is a two-year coeducational college that is state supported. Our goal is to recruit prospective students area-wide through high school visits, career and college fairs, campus tours, and involvement within the community. Besides academics, BPCC offers a variety of programs, intercollegiate teams, religious organizations, service groups, special interest groups, and student media groups for students to become involved in. We really do have something for everyone!

If you would like to visit our campus, please visit https://www.bpcc.edu/future-students/schedule-a-campus-visit and schedule a tour. Tour reservations are required. While on your tour, you will have the opportunity to experience the BPCC community. You will visit many service areas of the College and meet outstanding students as well as faculty and staff members who are always willing to serve our students. The Recruiting Office is located in Building A, Room 138.

Group tours are also available to high schools, community-based organizations, and educational non-profits working with current high schools.

Group tours requests must be submitted atleast three weeks to your request date and is subject to availability. Please do not finalize your plans until we have confirmed your request date.

Office of Financial Aid

The Financial Aid Office provides assistance and counseling in completing the financial aid application, evaluation and determination of need. Front Counter Advisors and Verification Counselors are always available via email and phone. Verification counselors are also available on an appointment basis. The Veteran Resource Center provides military affiliated students with a spacious open environment to meet with individuals trained in military education benefits, transition, certifying military education benefits, orientation services, and degree counseling. Federal, state, and local veteran resources are available throughout the month for community connections. The state-of-the-art center has computer services, study areas, a student lounge, and a centrally located space where students can connect with one another to provide mentorship, experiences, and contribute to a positive social environment.
