Prerequisites: Basic Shop Safety Awareness, ability to handle shop tools and general awareness of welding.
Topics Covered: General Safety, Welding Safety, Equipment and parts, how to critique your own weld, how to weld a bead (practice included), ARC (Stick rod/SMAW) (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) with hands-on practice and Joining metal weld beads
