This course is intended for team leaders, supervisors and all levels of management. This is ideal for a new leader or someone who is wanting to lead more effectively and to motivate their team. This course will focus on several critical factors for effective leadership in today’s workplace; recognizing personal strengths/weaknesses and maximizing personal and team capabilities. In addition, the importance of Emotional Intelligence and using this concept to be a better leader will also be covered. The training will be delivered by an experienced Industry Expert.
