YMAU 160 - CERTIFIED LOGISTICS TECHNICIAN

This is intended to be an extension of Industrial Readiness Training. In conjunction with the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council, this class is in preparation for an Industry Based Credential that demonstrates a mastery of foundational core competencies of material handling at the front-line for anyone in the entry-level to the supervisor. The goal of this program is to raise the level of performance of logistics technicians both to assist the individuals in finding higher-wage jobs and to help employers ensure their workforce increases the company’s productivity and competitiveness. This training is ideal for individuals with no prior knowledge of logistics to begin a career pathway in the high skill, high wage, in-demand industry.
