YMAU 181 - INTRODUCTION TO PROCESS MAPPING IN LEAN

This session introduces the fundamentals of Process Mapping, a critical Lean tool for visualizing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and driving improvements. Participants will learn how to create and interpret various types of process maps-such as flowcharts and value stream maps-and apply them to real-world scenarios. Through examples from industries like manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and services, learners will understand how mapping helps uncover waste, improve communication, and support Lean transformation initiatives. This is a Yellow/Green Belt level course.
