This course introduces the core concepts and methodologies of Six Sigma, a data-driven approach to improving process quality and reducing variation. Students will learn about the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework and how Six Sigma tools are used to solve complex problems and enhance performance. The course highlights how Six Sigma is applied across diverse industries-including manufacturing, healthcare, finance, IT, and service sectors-to improve efficiency, minimize errors, and drive business excellence through continuous quality improvement. This is a White Belt course.
