YMAU 177 - INTRODUCTION TO LEAN MANAGEMENT

This course provides a foundational understanding of Lean principles-a methodology focused on maximizing value by eliminating waste and improving efficiency. Students will explore the origins of Lean thinking and how it has evolved beyond manufacturing to impact industries such as healthcare, finance, logistics, construction, and software development. Through real-world case studies and practical examples, learners will discover how Lean tools and techniques drive innovation, enhance customer satisfaction, and support continuous improvement in a wide range of organizational settings. This is a White Belt Level 2 course.
