The Heartsaver course is specifically designed for non-medical individuals who wish to learn Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) skills.

Participants acquire essential knowledge and hands-on training in performing high-quality chest compressions, rescue breaths, and proper AED usage. Additionally, the course covers choking relief techniques, basic first aid principles, recognition of heart attack and stroke symptoms, and understanding the critical steps in the chain of survival.
