This course was created to provide a broad review of basic techniques and procedures for measuring single-family residential dwellings. Specifically, it will identify ways in which square footage numbers reported by various sources impact home values. It’s designed to provide a consistent means of calculating and communicating the living area of a house among real estate professionals.
