Customer Service Representative, CTC

The Career and Technical Certificate in Customer Service Representative credential is intended to help students learn how to relate to internal and external customers in the workplace.  Students will learn to understand the importance of recognizing a customer’s needs and offering solutions.  This program trains for entry level careers in retail, offices and call centers.
