Topics covered include quality planning, human resource development and training, process management, quality and operations metrics, factors contributing to successful/unsuccessful implementation of TQM programs. Lean organizing, enterprise resource planning, forecasting, inventory management, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement curriculum is also included.
