CONS 160:Construction Graphics and Specifications and Laboratory Credit Hours: 3 Lecture hours per week: 2 Lab hours per week: 3
Prerequisite(s) or Corequisite(s): CONS 101 Practice in light commercial and residential construction graphics interpretation is presented. Construction graphics describing common construction materials and methods are covered in detail. Interpretation of topographic, engineering, structural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical graphics is practice in lab. Emphasis is placed on residential and commercial building code requirements and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
